iPhone less prone to scratch than iPods

Every iPod that Apple has made has always been extremely beautiful and quite resistant to shocks.
Unfortunately, the material chosen for the external case, tends to scratch very easily.

But it seems that Apple is going to change the way things are.
The new iPhone, in fact, features a glass front cover which does shine as much as the iPod's front cover but is much more resistant to scratches.
Just look at this video; you won't believe your eyes!

...Glass also does a good job with fingerprints: this is a very important news since touching the display is necessary to use the iPhone.
